Description

Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Parfum Intense takes the house's signature lavender-and-orange-blossom pairing and pushes it warmer and deeper. Bright mandarin and bergamot lift the French lavender at the opening. A heart of Moroccan orange blossom, jasmine sambac and a creamy orchid accord then settles onto a base of Madagascar vanilla, tonka bean, ambergris and vetiver. The result is a polished amber fougère with a smooth, golden trail that feels richer and more suited to evening than the original Libre.

Composed by Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm and launched in 2020, Libre Intense is made in France and comes in the white carton with gold LIBRE lettering and the black YSL Cassandre monogram. It suits anyone who loves Libre and wants a warmer, more evening-ready version, and it makes a polished gift.
